Viltwrap

Varma wraps med krispiga grönsaker, krämig ViltOst och så lite riven pepparrot för att pigga upp det lite extra. Lika perfekt framför TV:n som på picknickfilten.

Renskav

300 g
Polkabeta
1 st
Rödbeta, färdigkokade
2 st
Rödlök
0.5 st
Machésallad
1 påse
Färsk pepparrot, riven
efter tycke och smak .

Gör så här:

  1. Hetta upp smör i en stekpanna.
  2. Stek renskaven, dra isär så att det blir mindre bitar.
  3. Blanda ner 275 g Kavli ViltOst och ställ stekpannan åt sidan.
  4. Skiva polkabetan, rödbetorna och rödlöken tunt med en osthyvel.
  5. Lägg upp fyra tunnbröd och lägg på sallad, skav och grönsakerna.
  6. Toppa med Kavli ViltOst så mycket du vill och färskriven pepparrot.
