Spicy Halloumi fries

Syndigt gott. Halloumins lite sega konsistens kombinerat med krispig fritering och så en chipotle-rökig dipp till det. Världsklass!

Ingredienser

2 portioner
Halloumi
1 paket
Olja
1 l
Sparris
1 krm
Haricoverts
100 g
Morötter
2 st
Strong Sriracha
1 dl

Gör så här:

  1. Skär halloumiosten i stänger i önskad tjocklek.
  2. Hetta upp olja i en kastrull, när oljan är ca 160°C är den redo. Tips! Prova med en bit bröd för att se om oljan är tillräckligt varm, om det bubblar och brödet får färg är det klart.
  3. Fritera halloumin och lägg på hushållspapper för att rinna av.
  4. Fritera även haricotsverts och sparris, låt morötterna vara råa.
  5. Värm 1 dl Kavli Strong Sriracha i micron i cirka 45 sekunder på hög värme så att den blir rinnig, ta ut och rör om efter halva tiden.
  6. Dippa, dippa, dippa!
