Svarta bönor
380 g
Majs
340 g
Salladslök
2 st
Majsstärkelse

Bakpulver
0.5 msk
Kikärtsmjöl
2 dl
Cayennepeppar
1 krm
Salt
1 tsk
Svartpeppar
1 tsk
Havregrädde
1 dl
Neutral olja

Till servering

Tortillas
1 paket
Ruccola
1 påse
Koriander
0.5 kruka
Picklad rödlök
150 g

Gör så här:

  1. Rör ihop chipotlemajo (vegansk majonnäs, chipotlepaste och pressad lime). Ställ i kylen.
  2. Skölj bönorna och låt rinna av i en sil tillsammans med majsen.
  3. Blanda skivad salladslök, majsstärkelse, bakpulver, kikärtsmjöl och kryddor i en bunke.
  4. Rör ner havregrädde och låt det svälla i ca 10 min.
  5. Forma smeten till 12 st bulliga plättar.
  6. Stek i olja i ca 2 min på varje sida.
  7. Servera 1 – 2 frittes på varje tortillabröd, toppa med sallad, chipotlemajo, koriander och picklad rödlök.
