Pizza Cést la Brie

Toppa fredagsmyset med denna spröda och goda pizza med brieost! Passar lika bra att äta till middag som att bjuda på till förrätt eller tilltugg.

Ingredienser

2 portioner

1 pizza

Färdig smördeg
1 .
Blandade småtomater
250 g
Rödlök
1 st
Salt
2 dl
Svartpeppar
1 tsk
Balsamico
efter tycke och smak .
Cést la Brie
250 g
Färsk basilka
toppa med .

Gör så här:

  1. Sätt på ugnen på 250 grader.
  2. Dela tomaterna på hälften och skiva rödlöken. Lägg i en skål.
  3. Salta och pepprar och ringla över balsamico. Blanda runt.
  4. Rulla ut smördegen på ett bakplåtspapper.
  5. Bred ut Brieosten över smördegsbotten, lämna 1 cm runt om kanterna utan Brieost.
  6. Toppa med tomat- och lökblandningen.
  7. In i ugnen ca 20 minuter.
  8. Toppa med färsk basilika.
